At the world's entrance as the stage, a nonstop thriller story focusing on the heated battles between a security team and a group of terrorists.
Tokyo's international airport newly opened on a manmade island in Tokyo Bay, known as "Wankuu" (Bay Air), is a fortress of the sea, protected by the world's latest defense system.
As the one year anniversary since the airport's opening approaches, a man from the company who invented the ROMES system arritves to Wankuu from England. Narushima Yuuya, 27 years old. A young genius who knows the ROMES system the best in the world. However, after Narushima's arrival, Wankuu is threatened will multiple incidents.
The incidents escalate as if to test the abilities of ROMES, and Narushima closes in on the terrorists using ROMES. The Wankuu team, despite being tossed around and opposing the genius, Narushima, slowly corner the terrorests. However, the true reason Narushima arrived in Wankuu was not to deal with these incidents...
An entertainment drama showing how the security team grows amongst friends and foes through the "buddy" system, in which trust must be built between the two partners.

【Story】
With the ROMES system at his full command, Narushima successfully arrests the entire international thieving group that had tried to steal the statue of a goddess from the Wankuu Opening One Year Anniversary Event, "Temptation of the Godess." Sunamura Taki (Yasuda Shota) joins ROMES and admires the genius, but Narushima openly says that the only things he believes in are the system he himself developed and his dog "Haru."
One day, Wankuu receives a threatening note demanding closure of the airport. Further, evidence is found that the airport patrol cars have been tampered with. From his keen sense of rivalry to Yasaka Aoi (Kuninaka Ryoko), Sunamura enters the site of the incident without authority, and gets caught up in a bombing incident...
